Iraq's Oil Minister Jabar Ali al-Luaibi crossed the wires last minutes on a statement issued today, stating that he hopes upcoming meeting in Algeria can set a production ceiling to prop up global oil prices and aims to maintain global oil production share of 4.75-5 mln bpd, Reuters reports.
