EU's Malmstrom: US metal tariff threatens WTO system

Cecilia Malmström, the EU's trade commissioner, is out with some comments over the recent hot topic on the trade front, and said that the US metal tariff threatens WTO system and that EU is still seeking more clarity from the US on tariff exemption. 

She further repeated the fact that the EU can at any time file a WTO complaint and/or retaliate with its own measures.
